About
I am a New York based alto and soprano saxophonist. In 2017 I graduated with honors from the B.F.A. jazz performance program at the City College of New York. After working as musician in New York City for a couple of years I have released my debut album Time to Begin in 2018. The album received very positive reviews from the critics of jazz media such as All About Jazz and Jazz Corner.
I have over 10 years experience in teaching saxophone as private instructor. During my career as teacher I had with students of all ages. From teenagers getting their first instruments to adults trying to improve their skills on saxophone. I believe that commitment and discipline is the key to success when developing technique and musicality on any instrument.
During my career as music instructor I mostly worked as a freelancer teaching privately.
In 2011 I worked as a faculty saxophone instructor at the Waltons New School of Music in Dublin, Ireland.
Between 2015 and 2017 I have assisted and substituted faculty members of the jazz program at the City College of New York.
In November 2018 I gave saxophone masterclass and directed big band at the Frederic Chopin School of music in Opole, Polnad.
