Sunny is a piano teacher from China ,she graduated from Fujian normal university with a M.A in Professional Music.and is a member of Chinese Musicians' Association.she started learning piano since age 6 and began with traditional classical studies, While at university ,she concentrated on Piano Performance and Teaching .her education also strengthened her skills in Music Theory. Harmony , Ear training and Songwriting. Some teachers she studied with include Chinese pianist "PengBo "'Shi jiajia ""liu jin de " and Russian pianist "IgorDemchenkov" .
Sunny teaches piano, voice, theory, composition improvisation in a wide range of musical styles including jazz, classical and pop. She offers private and group music lessons for all levels beginner thru advanced. she started teaching piano for kids when she was at university .After graduated ,she became a Music teacher in Yanshan university in North of China .Teaching piano . history of Chinese Music and Western Music. Music Theory . Introduction to Art. She also worked in the music company in her spare time offline and online from 2010 -2022.some companies she worked for include "The one " , "VIP piano " " "利通piano" . her students come from all over the world ranging in age from 5 to adults .
She was in the Junior music programme at the "周广仁" piano art school from the age of eight and participated in competitions with awards at a young age. such as ： First award in Hebei province piano competetion , In May 2000. Sunny won the second prize in Beijing "xiwang" teenager piano competetion .In December 2005. she won 1st place in "Strauss " piano competetion .

I have used many different lesson books and resources for different level students .there will never be a one-stop perfect solution to suit all beginners, and the teaching professional needs to be acquainted with a range of alternatives, matching material to each student’s interests and needs.for children learners,the important thing is Engaging a child’s attention, concentration,I would like to work on several different pieces and mixing it up with different activities, like note reading and clapping rhythms, makes piano lessons fun. some kids like to sing with piano . It might be a pop song or it might be a song from the latest Disney film.we could find different version fit for their piano level . This will make piano lessons fun for them. They will be keen to come back and learn the next bit.
Adults learn differently to children. It follows that we need a range of resources more suited to adult needs. I will make a plan according to your current piano level to help you develop skills and reach your goals.Firstly , Basic knowledge of music theory.Knows finger numbers. Bass and Treble Clef. Has proper hand placement and form.Play with one hand and both hands together.Dynamics and articulations.Secondly , Major and minor chords, scales, and arpeggios.More complex rhythms introduced.Growing knowledge of chords and progressions.Technique more solid,Can play most songs of any repertoire.Later. Can sight read intermediate songs very well.Can play in all key signatures.Excellent musicality.Can play any song of any repertoire.
