Hi, my name is Shelmith, born and raised in Kenya. I speak Swahili, English and Gikuyu language. I love travelling, reading and watching documentaries. Am a masters student in Swahili and African languages . Swahili is a unique and interesting language spoken in East Africa. It is a national language in our country and also a compulsory subject in our educational system so i have a wide range of knowledge in both written and spoken Swahili.

I have a bachelor's degree in teaching Swahili. I have also been teaching Swahili for 7+ years now with more than 2 years of experience in teaching Swahili online. I have taught students of different backgrounds with different needs and different Swahili learning goals. I've also taught students of all ages including kids,teens and adults. I love to focus on meeting the student's learning needs so a lesson with me is a personalized experience crafted and built just for you . Am also very flexible and can customize the class length as you wish. I also allow rescheduling of classes .
