Hi, my name is Neda. I am graduated violinist with a degree in Classical Violin from Musical Academy of Montenegro, pursuing a new MA in Trieste, Italy.
I've competed at numerous national and international competitions, such as International String Festival "Citta di Barletta" – Italy, "Fantast" - Becej, Serbia, International String Festival - Serbia, to name a few.
I participated in 50+ international music festivals and concert: Summer Camp for Chamber Music - IvanovaKorita, String Festival "Bocche di Cattaro" - Kotor, Montenegro, Jazz Musical, Montenegro Youth Orchestra, CEMAN Central European Academies Network Orchestra - Zagreb, Trieste, Quadrivium in Trieste, Styriarte Youth Orchestra in Graz, etc. I had an honor to be chosen by Conservatory Giueseppe Tartini to be part of the string chamber orchestra to perform for the president of Italy in Palazzo dell Quirinale, then Senato della Repubblica in Rome, as well as Consiglio Regionale in Trieste and Prefettura di Trieste for national occasions.
I was trained through numerous seminars collaborating with very prestigious professors: M. Bereznytsky (Russia), D.Tkachenko (Ukraine), C.Beschieru (Moldova), A. Martynov (France), S. Lamberto, S. Cavueto, I. Buscherini (Italy), J. Galic (Germany), R. Dobre (Romania), O. Cinxo (Albania), M. Josifovski (Serbia), to name a few.
Also I have worked and lead various domestic and international orchestras conducted by renowned conductors.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, if you're here, it probably means you need support in some aspect of your music education. With a background of over 16 years of playing the violin and pedagogical experience in teaching children and youth at Elementary School of Music of Montenegro, I bring the knowledge gathered from the world scene in a systematized way to the students I work with.
As part of my program, you will get to know and explore:
Fundamentals: reading violin music, proper posture, intonation, scales, solfeggio, techniques and other exercises.
Violin Technique: correct posture, holding of the violin and the bow, finger and bow techniques through various exercises.
Pitch and Rhythm: recognize and notate pitches on all strings, experience diverse rhythms and meters.
Musical Vocabulary: basic musical terms and symbols.
Making music: learning to express your musicality through understanding of the form, dynamics, tempo and phrasing.
Repertoire: literature of various composers, understanding their style and of the epoch of theirs.
