Aditya’s team was among the top 10 nominees in the Folk Fusion category of the India Film Project’s 50-Hour Music Challenge. A strong believer in collaborative work, he has been an active part of Baithak, which is a community where musicians meet every week, jam, and create music together, and the team successfully organized a two day festival called India Music Fest (IMF).

Learning by questioning is the ideology I believe. I help students dig deeper into each and every aspect, may it be the smallest of the things and help them see the connectivity between different styles of music. Structured consistency is what I believe will help students grow, which can be achieved through one on one interaction between the teacher and students. I teach students to recite as well as transcribe the material in Indian way of notation as well as western sheet music.
